The Shoedio is Charlotte's only Custom Shoe Store.  It's like paint and sip meets build a bear- for kicks!  The Shoedio provides a fun and inspiring environment that promotes creativity and self expression.  

Sign up for a workshop to customize your own pair or come see us in store to take part in designing a pair to order.  We offer custom shoes and more!

Mike is our lead artist. When it comes to shoes and wearable art, can’t isn’t in Mike‘s vocabulary.  Mike has expertise in everything from painting shoes, to hand making pairs from scratch.  He prides himself on quality and attention to detail.  He looks forward to sharing his passion and love for all things shoes and art with you!

Emily is excited to inspire others to chase their dreams.  She leads our workshops as well as day to day operations.   In addition to embroidery work, Emily also enjoys turning shoes into wearable art using paints and other materials like crystals.  She looks forward to sharing her love of customizing with you!
